Trump is more than an embarrassment. He can't even behave decently in front of war heroes. Even if you think maybe Elizabeth Warren has wrongly claimed Native American ancestry, there's no reason to bring it up at an event commemorating the Navajo Code Talkers except self-aggrandizement.
Carrying forward the inherent racism of the United States, I found almost no articles naming the Code Talkers in the photos with Trump; Trump's name is prominently featured, of course, but the Navajo, not so much. They're named in the official transcript and I felt I had to include them here. I cannot imagine what would cause a Navajo to volunteer to aid the United States Armed Forces in any way given, just as one example, the way Andrew Jackson treated Native Americans, but they deserve respect. Including—just blue-skying here—maybe taking down the portrait of our most racist, evil President.
One would only hope the Code Talkers left Donald with a new Navajo Code name: NIL-CHI-TSO DI-GISS-TSO.
