Rabbit: Terry Moran is suspended by ABC News for saying that Stephen Miller is full of hate and bile. Rabbit: How dare he depart so far from journalistic norms! Terry Moran posted, out of nowhere, really, this takedown of Stephen Miller, which is actually underselling the deep deep perfidy of this sweaty little weasel-man:

"The thing about Stephen Miller is not that he is the brains behind Trumpism. Yes, he is one of the people who conceptualizes the impulses of the Trumpist movement and translates them into policy. But that's not what's interesting about Miller. It's not brains. It's bile. Miller is a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred. He's a world-class hater. You can see this just by looking at him because you can see that his hatreds are his spiritual nourishment. He eats his hate. Trump is a world-class hater. But his hatred only a means to an end, and that end his his own glorification. That's his spiritual nourishment."

Stephen Miller has not been held accountable for his many literal crimes against humanity and the citizens of these United States. But Terry Moran, he's been suspended from ABC News for his crime, which is telling the truth. Let's nobody get too worked up over family separation policies or kidnapping and trafficking people to prison camps in El Salvador, and let's not jail anyone for lying under oath or failing to uphold their oath or really anything like that; but let's make sure we come down like a ton of bricks on anyone who complains about these things.

Likewise, ICE descending on places of worship, businesses, homes, and schools, while masked and without identification, and throwing people in vans to be taken who knows where, where even lawyers have trouble tracking them down, this is all okay. But if the community takes to the streets to exercise their First Amendment right to assemble and protest, that's the real crime. Posse Comitatus? Never heard of 'im!
