Penguin: Democrats! We need to see your plans to demolish the ballroom and the arch, to restore the Kennedy Center and the Reflecting Pool. We need to see that you're collecting evidence to charge everyone at I.C.E. from the guy who plunges the toilets all the way up to the D.H.S. Secretary. Penguin: Show me the plan to restore the people disappeared to other countries or the gulag. Show me the plan to repair the Supreme Court and the Post Office. Explain how you're going to get justice for the people murdered by this regime. Detail all the national park drilling and logging permits you'll be rescinding. list all the environmental regulations you'll be reinstating. Show me the plan! In all fairness, the full quote from rising Democratic star James Talarico is "I oppose trans athletes playing in girls' sports if it endangers safety or fairness." But I'm not interested in his mealy-mouthed equivocations regarding the civil rights of any marginalized groups. The fact is the Democrats are looking at the easiest open-book test imaginable and they're still getting at best a C-minus.

I really want -- and I think many Americans do, too -- I really want to see the plan. Get plans together for the next two years after the midterms and then for the four years after a Democrat is elected President in 2028. Tell us how you're going to impeach, prosecute, and imprison the grifters, fraudsters, murderers, and genocidaires at all levels of the American government. Tell us how you're going to fix the fucking Supreme Court so they don't sandbag you. Tell us all the laws you're going to at long last enforce. This is a very simple strategy and it worked for the motherfucking Republicans when their plan was to destroy the goddamn country. Imagine how fired up the electorate could get if you promised good things.

And I better not hear the Democrats claim next year that they tried, they really did, but their margins are slim and Fetterman didn't go along or whatever. Project 2025 is over fifty percent complete and the GOP has a bare majority in both houses. Grow a fucking spine.

Lately when I criticize the Democrats I get shit from people on Reddit. Let me preemptively say, fuck you. We can't ask for better from the Republicans, so if we want better we need to start with the Democrats. I won't apologize for demanding that the Democrats wake the fuck up.
